We’ve planned events and fundraisers, and have provided opportunities for the community to directly contribute to the fabric of Frontier.

Every year, the PTO Board must be re-elected. This provides diversity in perspectives to ensure the ongoing growth of the PTO and support of the Frontier community. Without volunteer Board members, the PTO doesn’t exist! Consider becoming a Board member to keep the work of the PTO going.

Frontier’s teachers are among the best and the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets want to reward them! Nominate a teacher or administrator for an MVT (Most Valuable Teacher) Award!
Awardees are considered and announced on a rolling basis. Winners will receive:

Classroom Improvement Grant
Four (4) tickets to a Nuggets or Avalanche game
Pre-game dinner at Ball Arena
Recognition at the game
Nuggets or Avalanche gift bag
Classroom Celebration hosted by Nuggets or Avalanche Celebrities

We encourage you to nominate outstanding Frontier educators!
**Please do not nominate the same teacher for both awards**

The participation of all grades and students resulted in raising $1,021.84 that will be used for supporting Teacher Appreciation efforts! Thank you so much for your generosity!

**Note that “negative points” do not correlate with “negative” fundraising amounts. Negative points come from silver change contributed by other grades to sabotage an opposing grade’s positive points.**

Mr. Gasior decided to offer Parent Learning Walks because of community engagement and requests during PTO community meetings this school year! 
 
You’ll get the opportunity to walk the school and observe classrooms and teaching strategies in real time, and will be able to ask questions about what you are seeing.
